Amid all the blather on this thread, the above. Does this ever happen? Refs are occasionally demoted. Linesmen (on the day) get off a lot easier due to, I guess, hierarchy of the system. But they are also "referees" of the the game's laws.
And - not just last night - there has been shocking line decisions recently in other games as well.

So been keen to read how well we did last night but all I find is
- Klopp blaming ref
- media saying they dropped 2 points rather than we played well
- loads of scousers playing victims including some who sat in our end (but lived local!) and claimed we were racist throughout
Add to the injuries they have and nothing about ours and I could consider an agenda but then I would start to sound like the victim and I leave that for Scousers !!!

restored pride in the playing side. Club couldnt print a programme but you cannot have everything.

Yeah. It was basically just Carragher having a meltdown at their injury problems, how they were so below par, how Man U have a better squad, (slagging off Origi for missing, basically) how well they are still doing in spite of this, how this is a positive for them and replaying their goal about 50 times, backwards and forward in slow motion. Largely brushing off the offside part but wanking himself dry about Mane. They also analysed Origi not scoring at the end for quite a long time, for some reason. Then they talked about West Ham for 20 seconds and showed our goal once to point out a possible foul. Then Carragher cried a bit more and told Noble he'd fouled someone in the lead up to our goal. Then they finished up.
Thought I was watching LFC TV to be honest.
